Police responded to Village Drive in Franklin Park found Raphael Edwards with gunshot wounds around 11:50 p.m. July 7, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said.
Edwards, 27, later died and the incident was ruled a homicide, Robertson said in a joint release with local officials.
The surveillance videos released Thursday show two people and a vehicle of interest.
One person of interest appears to have a distinct walk and the vehicle of interest appears to be a dark or gray colored sedan. The car was last seen leaving Village Drive and proceeding left onto Route 27 northbound.
Crime Stoppers of Somerset County, Inc. is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification and arrest of one or more individuals responsible for the shooting death of Raphael Edwards.
